The Council Reorganization Act This act lays out guidelines for Grand Council Representation.
Part I Grand Council members shall include: A representative of each Province, a representative of The Church, The King, and all appointed Councilors.
Part II The King may appoint any or all Councilors and may personally take the positions for Representative of The Church and Representative of his home Province.
Part III The Councilors, when elected, will be chosen as follows: Candidates will notify the General Administration of their Candidacy. Polls will be held, under the supervision of The King and the General Administration, to elect candidates from the provinces and the church.
Part IV When appointed, all Councilors are subject to a Vote of Confidence before the entire nation. This vote can be called for by any citizen.
