The Second Council Reorganization Act
This act lays out how when elections will take place, how long Councilors will remain in office, etc.

Part I
Grand Councilors will serve three month terms.

Part II
Grand Council elections will take place on the 15th day of February, May, August, and November.

Part III
Elections for the Senior Grand Councilor will be held on the 25th day of February, May, August, and November.

I didn't realize that we had never actually put this before the Council. I just want these things set in stone.

The way I see it: Parties will hold Conventions before Grand Council Elections, instead of between them and the SGR election. I also think that Conventions would work best as a bi-yearly thing, probably before the February and August elections. I suppose the parties can have conventions whenever they want though.
