Whereas our nation is in need of an Economic System and;
Whereas The King and other members of Parliament have found the available Banking Add-Ons for Proboards to be inadequate;
It is ordered that a hand made system for the economy shall be created and maintained in the Ministry of Economic Affairs by both the King, and Minister of Economic Affairs;
Furthermore, let it be known that a strategic plan shall be posted below;

Strategic Plan for The Rejuvenation of The Tellian Economic System
1. A list will be created with all citizens in the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2. This list shall contain only a name and an Account Balance.
3. Transactions and account changes should be posted in a new thread in the MinEco as the one mentioned above WILL be locked.
4. The symbol for the Telreal shall be (T)
5. Government salaries shall be as follows (and you may receive more than one salary):
a. King- (T) 6000 Monthly
b. Prime Minister- (T) 5000 Monthly
c. Parliament Member- (T) 3000 Monthly
d. Minister- (T) 3000 Monthly
e. Sub-Minister- (T) 2000 Monthly
f. Governor- (T) 2500 Monthly
g. Secretary, Personal Assistant, Etc.- (T) 1000 Monthly
Further salaries may be added to this list as needed.
6. This plan, if this law is passed, shall be posted and stickied in the MinEco.
7. Salaries shall be paid on or around the 1st of Each Month.
8. Salaries may be spent on various items to be decided on at a later date. Once these items become available, they will be posted in a thread. Citizens may request items and have that amount deducted from their account.
9. The Citizen List with Account info shall include an Inventory of All Items Purchased and shall be called the "Bank of Tellia".
10. Loans may be taken from the Bank of Tellia (an equivalent term for the MinEco) at the discretion of The King and/or Minister of Economic Affairs.
11. Loans must be paid back with an interest rate of 5%.
12. Any changes to the Strategic Economic Plan must be approved by Parliament or The King.
13. Images will be associated with each purchasable item.
14. Income shall be taxed at a rate of 3%. Deductions shall be made from salaries before they are handed over each month.
15. Sales tax is set at 7%.
16. In order to buy an item from a foreign partner (hopefully we can set these up soon) an import tax (in addition to the Sales tax) of 7% shall be added.

Please, do not ask to use the Proboards system. We can actually do more in the future by doing it this way and it is more reliable and less noobish, in my opinion. I will block and attempt to use the Proboards system here.
