Whereas our nation is in need of administrators and moderators of the forums;

The following is ordered:

1. The King shall be an Administrator of the forums.
2. At least one other Administrator must be in place at all times.
3. The second Administrator must be limited from some of the most critical powers.
4. Each Minister will have basic moderating rights over their own boards.
5. Each new Administrator must be approved by a majority of Parliament in an auto-vote.
6. Citizens leaving, threatening to leave, insulting, etc. Tellia, shall immediately lose all powers over the forums.

Furthermore, I call for an auto-vote and call for Liam Reagan to be made an Administrator also.

Voting begins now and will end on February 22nd. You will need to vote twice. Once for the law and once for the appointment of Liam. You may vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.

I want Liam because I have known him for quite some time and trust him. He is inactive due to computer issues, but they will be resolved soon.

Aye for the law.. though why do we need two Administrators until the board gets more members? Maybe try for a High Moderator instead, or just wait until we have more members? Two administrators aren't really needed unless the king Can't perform his duties for whatever reason. Above all means have a back-up plan though. (Saying who looks after the nation in the event of Internet failure or vacation).

Aye to the second admin being Liam, if we decide on having one.
