1. The King shall buy the domain name: www.kingdomoftellia.org, and have it up and running as soon as possible.
2. That domain will point to this forum, until it is deemed that a website is necessary.
3. Samara Darling will be given the titles of Appointed Princess and Baroness of Tellia.
4. A running total of all citizens shall be kept in the Immigration board.
5. A running total of all titles shall be kept in the Palace boards.
6. The Football League and the Gaian Quarter shall retain the use of the Gaian Language, at the Discretion of the former King.
