The Prime Minister will, from this point forward, be appointed by The King. The size of this nation (with almost all citizens in high ranking government positions) does not leave us with room for democracy, just yet. Therefore, power will be consolidated, with more in the Throne.
The Prime Minister will be the Chief Citizen of the nation, behind the King. He commands anything within this nation, within reason, and with permission of the King. He will be the servant of the King, doing jobs assigned by the King. His only power will be through the King.
The Prime Minister shall be Liam Reagan.
The Ministry of Defense, Immigration, and Foreign Affairs, will be handled by whichever citizen the King sees fit to use at any given time. There will be no Minister for the Ministries unless so decided by the King.
The position of Secretary of the Archives, equal to Master of The Spies, will be created and filled as soon as possible.
These changes are temporary. As our nation grows, they shall be undone. Ministers will be appointed, the Prime Minister will gain power (veto, sign all laws, etc.) and be elected.
It should also be noted that this is an announcement. It does not have to be signed. It is law.
