1. A system of Ministries will be created. Each Minister will have power to moderate his own board and govern his set area. The Ministries will be as follows:
a. Immigration
b. Foreign Affairs
c. Defense
2. All ministers and parliament members will be appointed by the King and approved by the people with a Vote of Confidence, every month. The King may form a new Government at any time.
3. The Prime Minister will be voted on by all citizens from members of Parliament.
4. The amount of Parliament Members will start at 5 and increase by 1 for every ten citizens.
