Your Majesty,

As Minister of Foreign affairs for Ashkenatza, I feel that we should discuss these proceedings carefully and in an orderly fashion. We don't want conflict, but a hasty and headstrong declaration of independence such as this can't bode well for relations between our two peoples. I feel that it would be mutually beneficial to arrange a conference to discuss these matters in a formalised and scrutinising enviroment.

Moreover, a great deal of change has occured within Tellia since its absorbtion into the Ashkenatzi republic. For example, the industrialisation of Tellia by most notably the company for whom I am design chief, Port Side Industries, as seen in the construction of a blast furnace near casa ravlioi and a dockyard at Kerem Aviv. Moreover, the Elwyn region - although once Tellian - is now an Ashkenatzi autonomous region, administered partially by the Shirerthean duke of Elwyn. The situation there has always been delicate, and I really think you should consider carefully your demands and present the lands which you claim back.

Let's be reasonable, and discuss this in an open minded and careful fashion.
