I, Christopher I, do hereby call the Assembly into a special session. I ask for unanimous consent that I be appointed, immediately, as King of Tellia. All powers granted by all prior constitutions, laws, and governing documents to any bodies or organizations within this nation or without shall be vested, temporarily, in me.
